This course introduces students to a wide variety of project management subjects. It is designed to give students a basic working knowledge of project management terminology and 20 HRSconcepts. Students learn to understand what makes something a Project, and the skills required to become an effective Project Manager. They explore the project life cycle and knowledge areas, stakeholders, and the triple constraint of all projects: scope, time, and cost.

Mini Project
This course contains a mini project to give students a hands-on practical of the constraints when performing any project. Students are asked to create a display board, or other small project, and present to the class. Project varies by class, sample below.
