MEDICAL TERMINOLOGY 2 DURATION: 45 HRS COST: $350 OVERVEIW: Learn to correctly spell, pronounce & define medical terms related to anatomy, physiology & pathology of the body and oncology & psychiatry terms. Online live video sessions, students can participate in the session or wait and watch the recorded session. Participants of this course will continue to apply the principles learned in Medical Terminology 1, building a vocabulary of common medical terms utilized in secretarial/clerical and clinical duties within a hospital, medical clinic or private doctor’s office. Emphasis is placed on terms related to the anatomy, physiology and pathology of the cardiovascular, musculoskeletal, male and female reproductive systems, urinary and nervous systems. Methods of instruction may include lectures and discussions, group work, films, and audio CDs . |
PRE-REQUISITES: Basic English Proficiency: Prerequisite: Medical Terminology 1
