GRADUATE STUDENTS:

Students relate to: Quantity food preparation, Types of Meal services, understand the Basic therapeutic Diets and nutrition,

Food Safety Practices following Proper sanitation and safety practices. Addressing clients’ needs through acquired effective communication skills, and Quality customer service.

PRACTICUM

The College provides Practicum at a Long Term Care Centre.

Students participate in an arranged work experience field placement in a health care facility. This aspect of the Food Service Worker program presents them with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience that applies classroom learning in real-world work situations.
The College through their Experienced and Knowledgeable instructors impart their experiences skills
